How would you like 20 or more people out working for you to get sales leads? Because Catapult members are all selling products and services to other businesses, we are all out to see many more people each week than most business to consumer networkers would be. By shear numbers, we increase our chances of getting each other leads. For example, if 20 members in the group are out to see around 20 customers every week, there are 400 opportunities to get a lead back to a group member. Most networking groups are a mix of members and have far less numbers.

Since we're all B2B salespeople and business owners, we're like minded. Networking with each other becomes natural. Within the group are subgroups. There are several members that talk to HR directors and managers. There are also several members that sell advertising services and typically talk to Marketing Directors and Business Owners. Each of those subgroups can help each other the most with leads. We're talking to the right people about similar subjects. Catapult members are exclusive by industry. We don't compete with each other.
